To follow up on the website front:

I decided that logistical solution for SMEs need to be built.

Others are already providing the transactional part of it. In short the business will have three components :

1. An interface between the Manufacturers/ Supplier and wholesellers.

2. A payment gaterway wherein safe and secure payments could be taken.

3. A logistics system to deliver bulk order shipments in short time. 



Now, regarding the interface part:

An app seems more suitable from the wholesellers (customer) point of view.

Easy to use, fast, reliable and secure.

Once customer places order, we need to make sure that paymets are streamlined, How will the credit line work?

Most suppliers will demand cash on hand rather than giving on credit and the wholesellers will demand credit.

Now the credit score needs to be checked for a given wholeseller. How do we determine that ?

The KYC of the shop needs to be checked and incentive them for making payments on time.

The credit ranking of the wholeseller needs to be taken into account.

Meanwhile suppliers will be advised to mantain high standard of products and deliveries. Their overall ratings must be taken into account.

Then comes the delivery and logistics part. Since deliveries are large, we need to make sure that the products reach on time and with optimal packaging.

Now the cost for such deliveries will be huge and the cost must be accounteed for.

Do we provide free delivey service in beginning, The supplies may be even as far as from Jaipur to Dib.

In such case the cost can drive upto 1 lac, who will bear them, an algorithm to determine this needs to be formulated.

From Warehouse  > (In truck/ mini van) > Train yard > Train Yard (destination)> Collection centre > Tempos > Warehouse (wholesaler)
